By using RAAHII you agree to these terms. RAAHII is a personal travel-identity app that helps you log trips, memories, achievements, and share your travel story.
RAAHII Pro is offered as a monthly or annual auto-renewing subscription, or a one-time Lifetime purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID upon confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Lifetime is a single non-recurring payment with no renewal. Manage subscriptions in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
If a free trial is offered, any unused portion will be forfeited when you start a paid subscription.
You retain ownership of trip photos, notes, and other content you create in RAAHII. We never sell your content. You grant RAAHII a limited license to store and display your content on your devices and, when you sign in, in your RAAHII account — so it can sync across your devices and appear to people you share a trip or a trip link with.
You decide who you share a trip with. You are responsible for that choice.
Anyone who has a trip link and signs in to RAAHII can view and join that trip. Only send a link to people you trust. Do not post a link in a public place.
You are responsible for the content you add to a shared trip. Think about what you put in a trip before you share it. Do not add personal data of other people without their consent.
If you do not want a person to see a trip, remove that person or delete the trip.
RAAHII is not responsible for what people you share a link with do with the trip or its content.
Don't use RAAHII to share illegal content, harass others, or attempt to reverse-engineer the service. We may suspend access for violations.
RAAHII is provided "as is." Travel info, climate guidance, and itinerary suggestions are for inspiration only — always verify with official sources before traveling.
To the full extent the law allows, we make no warranty of any kind, express or implied. This includes warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not promise that RAAHII will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
Other users: RAAHII is not responsible for content that other users add or share, or for what other users do. This includes people who view or join your trip because they have your trip link.
To the full extent the law allows, Alyara Apps Studio LLC and its team are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. This includes lost data, lost trips, lost profit, and travel costs or changes.
To the full extent the law allows, our total liability to you for all claims about RAAHII is limited to the greater of: (a) the amount you paid us for RAAHII in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) US$50.
Some places do not allow some of these limits. In those places, these limits apply only as far as the law allows. Nothing in these terms limits a right or a liability that the law does not allow us to limit.
You must be at least 18 years old to use RAAHII.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. RAAHII is operated by Alyara Apps Studio LLC, organized in Florida.
